As previously announced on April 25th, Clients must complete UCD for both agencies (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac). This includes submitting the XML file, embedding the PDF version of the Closing Disclosure, and ensure no critical/fatal errors on the UCD Findings. Effective June 25, 2018, all conventional loans require this information completed with every submission delivered to the GSE’s. Effective June 1, 2018 Gateway will begin requiring a Successful Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac UCD Findings Report showing submitted XML and embedded PDF with no Warnings.
Clients must have completed the following:
In Fannie Mae, Set up the relationship with Gateway Mortgage Group as an Aggregator
Be able to submit the XML file and embed the PDF version of the Closing Disclosure into UCD for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
Print and include in the Gateway submission package a copy of the UCD Findings Report for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
