GEMS is our new B2B Correspondent Lending Portal which enables clients to:
- Register, price, lock and submit loans online
- Lock Best Efforts and Mandatory commitments
- Print lock confirmations
- Import FNMA 3.2 loan data into our system
- Upload imaged files for purchase
- Clear conditions quickly by uploading to specific suspense items
- Locate and print approvals and purchase advices
