Corporate Resolution Note and Allonge Endorsement Requirements

May 18, 2017

Gateway Mortgage Group’s Correspondent Lending Channel allows only authorized officers named on your Corporate Resolution to endorse notes and allonges as described in Chapter 4 of our Client Guide, prior to purchasing your loans.  If these documents are signed by someone other than an officer named on the form, we will require receipt of an updated Corporate Resolution which includes the name, title and signature of that individual on the form prior to purchase.  If a purchase is delayed, rate lock extensions may be needed to prevent the lock from expiring prior to funding, resulting in added fees.  To avoid any possible delays, please execute an updated Corporate Resolution for any future or existing changes to your list of authorized users.  For your convenience, a blank Corporate Resolution is available on our website in the Resource Center, Associated Documents section, just print and execute the form, then scan and email it to your Client Liaison.

Gateway sincerely appreciates the opportunity to partner with you and we are grateful for your continued business – Thank you!
