The Veterans Housing Assistance Program loan limit will increase to $484,350.00, beginning with rate locks issued on and after January 28, 2019.
Note: Maximum loan amount includes VA Funding Fee or financed Mortgage Insurance. FHA loan limits apply.
TVLB Land Mortgages
A qualified veteran with an existing land mortgage can build a new home by combining both a land and home mortgage. The combined loan cannot exceed $484,350 and requires TVLB approval prior to obtaining this type of loan.
