# Gateway Mortgage GEMS Web Portal Internet Compatibility Settings Notice

**Gateway’s website loan pipeline/shipping portal, GEMS (Gateway Expert Mortgage System) was recently upgraded, please be sure to forward this announcement to your associates that have access to our GEMS portal.**

**PLEASE NOTE:  If you access the GEMS portal in our website using Internet Explorer 10 or greater, and receive the message *****“Unsupported Browser”***** as shown below, please complete the steps as outlined just below this screen print:**[](https://www.gatewaycorrespondent.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/screen-image-1.jpg)**<u>Please follow the steps below to access GEMS:</u>**


1. **With the Internet web browser open, select the settings icon ****(for “*****Tools”*****) at the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select “*****Compati******<u>b</u>******ility View settings*****”  **
2. **In the screen “*****Compatibility View Settings*****” click on ****“*****gatewayloan.com*****” to highlight this choice, then click “*****Remove*****”**
3. **Now you’re all set to Log into GEMS!**
