All State and Local Government Down Payment Assistance programs must be reviewed and approved by Gateway. If there is a program you wish to have approved, please submit the completed program guidelines for review prior to registration/locking a loan. Submissions should be emailed to your Regional Sales Manager, who will forward to the appropriate person. Be sure to include the following:

- Name of the program
- Contact person
- Phone number
- Email address
- Website or copy of program documentation
