Wire Transfers

Gateway Correspondent Lending’s preferred delivery method for fees, mortgage payments and mortgage payoffs is by wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions for remitting any monies due Gateway are as follows:

When sending the transfer, please state the purpose of the wired funds (e.g., mortgage payment, funding reconciliation, pair off fees, repurchase proceeds).  For proper credit, the wire must also reference the borrower’s name and account number.
