  • Extended Rate Lock Program: Up to 270 days with free float down
  • Lock and Shop Program: Option to keep the original rate or float down to the current market rate
  • No Score/Non-Traditional Credit Option Allowed on all loan programs, subject to Gateway’s overlay matrix
  • No Max DTI on conventional, FHA, VA with AUS approval required
  • Agricultural Exempt Loans: Allowed on Conventional loans, excluding income-producing, working farms, ranches, and orchards
  • HUD184 American Indian Loan Program: Available on Delegated and Non-Delegated Loans
