Correspondent Fee Schedule and Escrow Waiver Updates

Effective with loans locked on or after Monday, September 15, 2025, Gateway will be implementing changes to both our Delegated and Non-Delegated fee schedule. For a complete and detailed list of the updated fees, please refer to our Fee Schedule located within the GEMS Portal, Resource Library, General Information and Gateway Fee Schedule section.

Additionally, we will be updating our escrow waiver fee policy. On or after 9/15/2025 the full escrow waiver fee adjustment applies if waving Taxes or Hazard insurance individually, and when waiving both Taxes and Hazard Insurance. Please refer to our Client Guide, Chapter 3 Loan Registration and Lock Policies for detailed information.
