***GEMS Product & Pricing Engine (PPE) Update***

Gateway’s Product & Pricing Engine (PPE) will be receiving an important update effective Monday, July 28^th. This update is designed to better serve our clients by enhancing the functionality and overall efficiency of our GEMS PPE. We believe these improvements will significantly benefit our operations and client interactions.

*Important Note: If your loan was locked in our GEMS portal prior to July 28^th and needs a profile change, product update or lock extension, please email corrlock@gatewayloan.com In the body of the email provide the Gateway loan number, Borrower’s name, and the updates you are requesting. The Gateway Commitment Desk will make the requested changes and confirm your lock has been updated. You may then pull your new lock confirmation from the GEMS portal.
