Below is a list of the most significant changes to the Overlay Matrix:
No score/non-traditional credit allowed on all loan programs, subject to Agency Guidelines.
No maximum DTI on all loan programs that receive an AUS approval from DU or LP, except HUD 184 and USDA loans. Clients must follow agency guidelines regarding compensating factors.
Removed several property types from ineligible list
Allow escrow waivers up to 89.99%
Removed limit of number of loans serviced by Gateway
