UCDP (Uniform Collateral Data Program) now allows our Clients to easily share individual appraisal information with Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC. This functionality allows Gateway direct access to view information on client appraisal submissions, findings, Submission Summary Reports (SSR) and embedded appraisal PDFs shared through UCDP. Clients and Gateway will benefit by replacing manual operations for sharing and reviewing client individual appraisals with an integrated solution, using UCDP and CU.
First step, clients must complete the one-time setup process in UCDP and select Gateway Mortgage Group, LLC as an Aggregator, with whom you will share appraisals with. Please select the link below for instructions on how to complete the set up for appraisal sharing:

Gateway is set up as Aggregator ID: AZZ008.
Clients submitting the following loan programs must enable appraisal sharing with Gateway in UCDP by August 1, 2016 or sooner:
- Delegated Conventional Loans
- Non-Delegated Conventional Loans
- Non-Delegated FHA, USDA, FHA Sec 184 Loans
Please continue to always include the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac successful UCDP Submission Summary Reports in the loan delivery image upload to Gateway.
EAD (Electronic Appraisal Delivery) Portal enables mortgagees to electronically transmit the appraisal to FHA and third-party service providers, prior to loan endorsement. Mortgagees must use the EAD portal for all appraisal data submissions to FHA for case numbers assigned on and after June 26, 2016.

Clients must include a copy of the Successful EAD submission for the following loan programs in the loan delivery image upload to Gateway:
- Non-Delegated FHA loans with FHA case numbers assigned on and after June 26, 2016
- Non-Delegated FHA Sec 184 loans with FHA case numbers assigned on and after June 26, 2016
