Please review a recent update to Gateway’s Fannie Mae LIBOR ARM product description in Chapter 5 of the Client Guide. Effective today, the Fannie Mae 5/1 LIBOR ARM will have a new product code and ARM plan to reflect a change in interest rate caps from 5/2/5 to 2/2/5.
