Gateway’s website loan pipeline/shipping portal, GEMS (Gateway Expert Mortgage System) was recently upgraded, please be sure to forward this announcement to your associates that have access to our GEMS portal.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you access the GEMS portal in our website using Internet Explorer 10 or greater, and receive the message “Unsupported Browser” as shown below, please complete the steps as outlined just below this screen print:Please follow the steps below to access GEMS:

  1. With the Internet web browser open, select the settings icon (for “Tools”) at the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select “Compatibility View settings” 
  2. In the screen “Compatibility View Settings” click on” to highlight this choice, then click “Remove
  3. Now you’re all set to Log into GEMS!
