Below is a list of the most significant changes to the Overlay Matrix:

No score/non-traditional credit allowed on all loan programs, subject to Agency Guidelines.

  • No maximum DTI on all loan programs that receive an AUS approval from DU or LP, except HUD 184 and USDA loans.  Clients must follow agency guidelines regarding compensating factors.
  • Removed several property types from ineligible list
  • Allow escrow waivers up to 89.99%
  • Removed limit of number of loans serviced by Gateway
