We are pleased to announce the VHAP loan amount limit increase from $510,400 to $548,250 with NEW loan registrations on the TVLB Program, effective January 29, 2021. Current locks do not qualify for a loan amount increase to the new limit and any relock requests will be subject to worse case pricing. This applies to clients that have been approved by Gateway to originate and sell the Texas Veterans Land Board (TVLB) Program. Maximum loan amount includes VA Funding Fee or financed Mortgage Insurance; FHA loan limits apply.
DACA borrowers are eligible for TVLB FHA and Conventional loans underwritten with DU.
