Builder Select by SETH DPA Program for Texas

Gateway is excited to announce starting Monday, July 28th, we will be offering a unique and competitive builder-funded Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program that combines 2.5% DPA from Southeast Texas Housing (SETH) and allows for a permanent interest rate reduction funded from any agency allowable source called, Builder Select.
