Gateway is aligning with Fannie (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) regarding the Very Low-Income Purchase (VLIP) Mortgages Program, which will end February 28, 2026. This change impacts HomeReady and Home Possible loan products.

Key Details:

• The VLIP Program will no longer be available after February 28, 2026

• Gateway will require VLIP loans to be purchased by January 31, 2026, to allow sufficient time for delivery to the applicable agency
