As recently announced by Southeast Texas Housing (SETH), the SETH GoldStar Program will be discontinued due to current market conditions. Gateway Correspondent Lending will no longer be accepting locks for the SETH Goldstar Program effective, July 31, 2023. All SETH Goldstar loans that are currently locked with Gateway are not affected by this announcement. Repricing loans, extensions and changing options will be subject to Gateway First Bank approval.
