We are pleased to announce the VHAP loan amount limit increase from $647,200 to $726,200 with NEW loan registrations on the TVLB Program, effective February 17, 2023. Current locks do not qualify for a loan amount increase to the new limit, and any relock requests will be subject to worse-case pricing.
This applies to clients who have been approved by Gateway to originate and sell the Texas Veterans Land Board (TVLB) Program. The maximum loan amount includes VA Funding Fee or financed Mortgage Insurance; FHA loan limits apply.
