We are pleased to announce the increase in loan amount limit from $726,200 to $766,550 with NEW loan registrations on or after January 1st, 2024 for TVLB loans. Current locks do not qualify for a loan amount increase to the new limit and any relock requests will be subject to worse-case pricing.
This applies to clients who have been approved by Gateway to originate and sell the Texas Veterans Land Board (TVLB) Program. The maximum amount includes VA Funding Fee or financed Mortgage Insurance; FHA loan limits apply.
