Effective with new locks received today, July 19th, 2021, Gateway First Bank, Correspondent Lending will no longer be charging the .50% basis point adverse market refinance fee on refinance loans > $125,000. Loans not submitted for purchase will receive a .50% price improvement to offset the AMRF that was charged when the loan was locked. Lock Confirmations will be updated over the next few days with a .50% AMRF Refund and will be available in the GEMS Portal. Please contact your Regional Sales Manager with any questions.
