At Gateway, we purchase Conforming, FHA, VA, HUD Section 184, USDA and second lien loans on a best efforts, single-loan, bulk and mandatory basis. We service all of the loans we purchase, as well as offer subservicing to some clients. Unlike big banks, when Gateway purchases your loans, we will not solicit your customers or compete against you for your customers’ financial business.
Gateway’s Delegated Program
Gateway’s delegated program is open to clients that employ their own underwriting staff. All loan programs are eligible to be purchased on a delegated basis.
Gateway’s Non-delegated Program
Our non-delegated program is open to banks and credit unions that do not have their own underwriters on staff. Conventional, FHA, VA, HUD Section 184 and USDA loan programs are eligible to be delivered to Gateway on a non-delegated basis.
