In this chapter, you will find loan registration and lock procedures – including lock policies, re-locks, expirations, extensions and renegotiations, Gateway’s fallout policy as well as information on automatic extensions on delivered loans. We offer extended rate locks up to 270 days for Conforming and FHA 15 and 30-year fixed rate loans, new construction only, with no price add-on or float down.
